Terms of service

These terms apply to services bought from Nimunu.

Services

We provide website design, website care, advertising management and related software as described on our About and Pricing pages. A quote or invoice sets out exactly what is included.

Payment

Services are paid by card through Stripe, either as a one-time fee or monthly. Monthly services renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Your content

You keep the rights to your business name, logo, text and photos. You confirm you have the right to give them to us to use.

Advertising

Ad spend is paid by you directly to the ad platform. We do not launch ads or spend money without your approval.

Liability

We work with care but cannot promise particular sales or search rankings. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in question.
