We want you to be happy with what you buy.

Website build

If you are not happy with the first version, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We will fix it, and if we cannot make it right we will refund the build fee.

Monthly services

Cancel any time. You are not charged again after the end of the paid month. If a month was not delivered as promised, we will refund that month.

How to ask

Email hello@mail.nimunu.com with your business name and what went wrong. We reply within 2 business days.
