The model budgets $1.092M of operating spend plus $108k reserve over 18 months. That is approximately $60,667 operating burn per month, with no assumed existing cash or revenue offsets. All amounts are USD planning allowances, not quotes or approved spending.
60% of the proposed raise.
$40,000/month fully loaded team allowance; hiring mix and local costs require quotes.
9% of the proposed raise.
$6,000/month allowance, subject to usage caps and actual provider quotes.

$8,000/month for pilots, onboarding, partner tests and measured acquisition.

$1,667/month approximate operating allowance.
9% of the proposed raise.
9% reserve; not recurring operating spend.
Monthly fully loaded team allowances: founder/product $6k; two senior engineers $24k combined; full-stack engineering $8k; fractional design/support $2k. Total $40k/month × 18 = $720k. Hiring mix, location, employment taxes and actual quotes require validation.
Contingency is 9% of the raise. The model does not authorize hires, cloud usage or payments. No investment terms or valuation are being offered.

All milestones are proposed targets. Stop, narrow scope or revise the plan if paid demand, reliability or retention is insufficient.
A large company needs recurring customer value, strong retention, sustainable margins and a repeatable route to market. The first $1.2M would fund validation—not the entire journey to a billion-dollar company.
Sensitivity inputs, not measured Nimunu economics, an appraisal or a promised investor return.
Break-even uses $60,667/month budgeted operating spend, assumed gross margin and no expansion. Actual cost accounting and taxes need review.
Stage 1: prove one segment and one valuable workflow. Stage 2: build repeatable onboarding and partner distribution. Stage 3: expand seats, workflows and integrations only after cohort retention and gross-margin evidence. Stage 4: invest in enterprise controls and international distribution when demand supports them.
At $299/month and a 10× ARR assumption, the model needs $100M ARR and approximately 27,871 paying customers. At 5× it needs $200M ARR; at 15× approximately $66.7M. Multiples change with market conditions and company quality.
A 12-month acquisition-payback target at 75% gross margin gives an illustrative CAC ceiling of $2,691. At 2% monthly customer churn, roughly 78.5% remain after a year before expansion—retention must improve or acquisition must replace losses. These are assumptions, not achieved metrics.
Revenue concentration, competition, AI costs, churn, execution reliability and future financing can prevent this outcome. No timeline or valuation is guaranteed.
